Glad I ran across this place! Looks fantastic!

I'm a newbie at smoking and looking for do's and dont's....Had a great meal on my new Weber Smoky Mountain Cooker this weekend (Ribs and Pork Loin) Getting ready to check out the E course very soon!

I'm an old Artillery Vet and I'm Deaf (Still wondering how that happened?LOL)

Welcome from Canada, Ernie.

This is a great place to learn to smoke. I didn't have much success when I started out until I found this forum. I just decided what I wanted to try and did a search with the search bar at the top. I found several different techniques and tried the one I thought I would like. I also suggest you post your early attempts with pictures while you are doing them. The kind members will help you as you go.

I look forward to your posts.
