Hi all, coming to ya from south Mississippi. Glad I found this forum, been doing a lot of research on here and elsewhere and have finally started on a build. Hope to be able to share more when as I go. Love cooking, especially some good bbq

Welcome on over here from Cowtown, TX..aka Fort Worth..not be cornfused with any wannabe towns ftrm Totoland. How do you handle a dry salty country ham? Yes this is a test. Check back before commencing the project. Some of these folks seem to huff on loco weed.
