Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.

You may want to post the brand and model so people that own the smoker can give you specific information.  What trouble are you having or what are you trying to do?  They are generally pretty simple to use.

Yes..Darelene..even Sherlock Holmes needs a few clues in order to find the alleged perp and bring the culprit to justice. I could write a book on el cheapo electrified Brinkmann Gourmets...holler if you have that one. I have some others which are being used as storage cabinets and tables. I am saving up for a Smokin Tex..now I have a pal who claims they are the greatest invention since sliced bread..the Cat's Meow so to speak. Since I aint got one not sure but he sure talks convincing.  Couse he lies a lot so its hard to tell sometimes. Kindly keep us up to speed on your adventures. Thanks.
