Back at it with some spare ribs

Been a long winter and the near spring temps had me breaking out my gas Masterbuilt for some ribs.
Used the 3-2-1 method, Jeff's rub, amazing tube pellet with mix (what ever had spilled out in the bottom of the tote) of everything in it.
Threw in a couple potatoes for twice baked, wonderful flavor!
Turned out prefect!

Great looking ribs.

Take it from a Canadian who lives in the Rockies, you smoke anytime.

That is true Disco but I use the colder months to try to lose all I packed on during the warmer months. I'm always vacuum packing for the colder months.

Well, you are likely wiser than me. I have shivered many times this winter checking on a smoke.

That looks and sounds great. Love the twice baked spuds . It was 55 degrees here after a real cold spell....felt good.
