Not sure why you'd wrap a tenderloin in bacon but chamber temp will determine how long to smoke. I like to smoke beef roasts low and slow, 225-235F until an IT of 135F. About two hours, give or take.
I looked up "smoking a tenderloin wrapped in bacon" online and I'm still not convinced. The bacon absorbs the smoke, not the beef. I could be missing something.
