For lunch today I decided to make some ribs with Roller's bread and fried taters
I started with this rack of ribs.
I removed the membrane & cut them in half.
I then gave them a nice coating of rib rubbing rub that I like to rub on ribs.
& into the MES - I'm gonna 3-2-1 these. AMNPS running oak pellets.
