Calling in from Wilmington, NC

First post, been reading up a whole bunch on this site, you guys are knowledgeable and awesome.

 

Already bought my smoker and started tinkering with it right away based on everyone's feedback, pics in my profile. Having fun already and haven't even lit the burner yet! Any recommendations on recipes and cuts to ease into this? I'm thinking the 3-2-1 ribs.

Welcome from Maryland. This is the place to gather all the info to make smoking fun and tasty. Pork butt is a great first , take it to 205° and it is very forgiving. Happy smoking.
