I had a couple chicken breasts I needed to use so I decided to make some more smoked rolled chicken breasts.
I start by pounding the breast flat - this is good stress relief also
I add some garlic & a little bit of oregano.
Then some provolone cheese with some pepper, basil, celery seed & dried orange peel.
Finally I put some smoked cheddar from my stash of smoked cheese.
Tie them up...
& they are ready to go in the smoker.
