Yup, like Demo said.

Also if you get an automatic slicer, it's better to put it in the freezer for 3 or 4 hours, before slicing.

I cut some thick and it was very good.  The rest I am saving and going to try slicing tomorrow thin...

Made some roast beef sammies tonight toasted in the oven with some cheese.  Yum.
