My name is Gary, and I've been smoking for several years now. I recently bought a 5/16" thk x 24"OD x 48" lg. bellfab reverse flow smoker / grill. I like to smoke anything that I can fit in my grill. My family and friends love my brisket, ribs, and beans. I want to open my mind up to new things to smoke. So I am always open to suggestions. I have a few good recipes too, and I like to share. Just let me know.
