Made this cheese last Fall for my Buddies. Sharp cheddar, mozz., m. jack with my A-MAZE-N smoker w/cherry chips.  Waited 2-3 weeks.  I had more Buddies than I knew, that's fine, I love to Share

Cheese looks great, always people more than willing to take some off your hands! Very nice vac sealer, stuffer and stainless work area!
