Its going down this weekend! I made mac and cheese last night, the left overs are goin in a fatty
Ribs were great, could have been just a touch better. I did 2-2-1, maybe 2-1.5-1 would have been in order. They literally fell off the bone. 30 minutes less and they would have been perfect.
