New to this awesome addiction.  Picked up a 40" Masterbuilt smoker and have done a few fattys, a pork shoulder roast, and pork spare ribs.  All have turned out amazing, looking to expand and really get to smoking.

My kids raise hogs for 4H and we keep at least one a year for ourselves, nothing better than home grown pork.

Hearty welcome. Will agree nothing to beat home growed pork..but home raised cows come pretty close. I'm envious.
