Gonna smoke to 170 cover then put in drumsticks for the last Couple hrs. Good rub good wood and my master built smoker!!!

uummm... pretty vague ... could kinda explain a little better ... I even enlarged it and still can't tell what it is.... then I looked at the group you posted in to maybe help me out a little bit... but it's in general discussion group...

My bad, its a brisket, 3 lbs. The flat of it. 2nd time I'm doing one. And as you can tell by now I'm a newbie here. usa.gif
