Packaged and ready for freezer. Ready for some jambalaya very soon down the road. Next weekend I am gonna smoke two turkeys and two pheasants. I must get the brine ready so the can get in their pails tomorrow.

You must be as old as me..a little Frank Zappa... Gotta watch for yellow snow, especially around the garage, much beer here.

Thank you sir. This is a good way in the winter. I rinse them again before packaging. It is a good quick cool.
