Hello everyone new to the forum, joined because i have been bitten, i am completely hooked on smoking meats and grilling. I live in joppa md currently cooking on a charbroil true infrared grill a master forge vertical gas smoker a weber smokey mountain 18.5 and my newest addition to the family is a yoder ys640 pellet smoker. Im 23 years old married and have 2 kids ages 5 and 4, and i do hvac for a living..
Right now me and my son bryce got the day together while my wife goes to a baby shower with my daughter so a perfect day to start teaching the boy. We got a 8 pound brisket and a slab of spares in the yoder now.
