I roasted garlic and spread cream cheese over top followed by chives and green peppers. I forgot to put on the jalepenos which has me fuming right now - I will just have to add them on the sandwich...
Just dropped the monster on the smoker....can't wait until dinner!
Did I mention that it this is only half of the pork loin? And probably the smaller half? I put the other 5.5 lbs or so in the freezer along with the 10 lbs. sirloin tip roast I picked up....
Looks good so far. What temp are you running the smoker?
250-275 is my target...depending on how the temp progresses I may slow it down.
