Cure Question

I recently purchased pre packaged store brand seasoning kits. The ones that I have season 12.5lbs of meat. I'm only going to use 10lbs so the flavor is a little better. Would I have to adjust the amount of cure I add since I will not have 12.5lbs of meat?

You can adjust however much seasoning you use for how much meat, but you should only ever use the proper amount of cure for the amount of meat you're curing.
