Hey All,

My local C&C has Turkey Breast Roast that is usually used for deli slices on sale this week.  I have smoked these before and sliced them for sandwiches.  My question to you all, is can I use this type of roast for making jerky?

Thanks

You can make jerky from anything, even hotdogs and bologna. Question is will it taste good?
