I noticed that toward the bottom of the CC door cut it was not sealing worth a darn. Forgot to weld a piece of square tubing on that, had a heck of a belly in it. I welded a piece of square tube to it, clamped and spot welded. On each bottom corner of the door there was still a gap in it, from each corner a 1/4 inch gap to nothing at 6 inches. Took my level and checked for straightness and sure enough it still had the slightest of a belly in it. Couldn't believe it bowed that tubing like that. Now to either try and get it out or heat each corner and shape to fit. Not sure which would work best

If you can't bend it back with the tube in try and re-tack with a  counter bend. If by spot weld you mean a tack weld to hold in place, just cut em free. You should then be able to put the "sheet" steel and bar under load the opposite direction and re-tack.

Should come out straight.  Good luck!

Yup I shortened up the legs on the counterweight 8 inches. Looks better. Just couldn't believe I had that at first, probably why my name ends in ski

With those 2 chimneys you can put it behind a Kenny truck , it will look nice.

Seriously : great peace of work !

Really would like to start thinking about paint, but it's still so cold out. Looks like the gun raffle will be done without paint. Would like to make a stainless prep table on the front of it, still looking for some of that

I used to work for a propane tank service, we get in old out dated tanks and fully clean and blast them to bare metal inside and out....re-date them with a new expiration date and back in use some where....the place I worked for sells there junk tanks to scrape yards for scrape steel price, my 250 tank will only cost bout 50 bucks....which is what they would get from the scrape yard....if you have any local places like that you can check there....good thing is they can't lets tanks go with PP fumes or vapors to those yards....
