I'm a Cornhusker and got my electric smoker for christmas last year so I have done a little smoking this last year but not alot. I do really enjoy doing it and I hope to get better at it.
Check your internal temp, when it gets up to 195 - 205 its ready I would wrap it in a couple of old towels and let it rest for an hour or so. When you grab the shoulder blade bone, give it a slight twist, it should pull out clean Pulled Pork !!!!!
