I'm Wil from Rowlett, Tx. which is outside of Dallas.

I love to grill and have three types, a propane, Weber and a small Hondo offset smoker that I bought to learn on.  I'm trying to decide on my next smoker purchase within the next month or so.  I'm looking at the Old Country Pecos and Wrangler and trying to decide between the two.

Howdee Howdee and welcome to the boards!

Great place to meet and discuss smoking cooking pickling and nearly all things pertaining to good eating!

The Search engine is HUGE and filled to the top with good ideas and pictures of great cooks, great ideas inspire all the fun, These folks smoke things that would scare a full growed marine! Things you'd never even imagine smoking too.

Anyway, settle in, look around, get comfortable cause when you start talking about food and preparations everyone will have an idea.

Again, Nice to meet you and welcome.
