What a great smoke today.

I got home from church today, I didn't even go in the house. I started my fire then went in and prepped the meats. I thought I pulled chicken thighs from the freezer, but it was wings. It's ok , I love them too.I had sliced and marinated 5 lbs. of eye round  for jerky . I also had 10 lbs. of hot local sausage and the wings. 


It was a bit chilly today, about 20*,much warmer than earlier this week at -2*.

I got to use my new vacuum sealer today . all of what I smoked today is for the freezer.

beef jerky, my style is just smoked ,so I keep it in the fridge

my wings are ready for the freezer.
