Chickens and Thermometers

When doing chickens, is it best to put my thermometer probe (Maverick 73) into the thigh or the breast? Sounds like the thighs take a little longer to cook. I plan to (spatchcock) both birds if that matters.

Thanks for the help. I've just seen a few posts where the breast turned out great but the thigh was a little undercooked. That happens a lot on my normal grill so I was curious as to how you guys were doing it.

Thighs 180º and Breast 160º or so.  Some people chill the breast a bit with a bag of ice. This will have them come out more around the same time when done.
