The place to start.  New member from Ne.  Looking to build my 1st pit, I've been checking online for ideas on the build but nothing set in stone yet.  I've spent time cooking pork, beef and chicken on the grill for years for small family functions and have used a large roaster to complete some of those cooks but still haven't been able to duplicate a true smoked meat. This looks like fun but very time consuming.  Thanks
