Decided to do some steak tonight. 


Seasoned with this.


Getting the mini up to temp.


Getting some love with apple wood.


I had a few of these.


Seared on my cheapo walmart grill.


Finished product.


Homegrown beef and sweet corn.

It might be a cheapo grill, but it looks like you cooked some damn good steaks with it.
cheapo grill?   The mini WSM is pound for pound the best smoker on the planet and i challenge you to find one better. :)    That cheapo grill can turn out better Q  and is the one of the most versatile  cookers around

I have got to make me a mini!!! Smoky is just too big to get going for a meal for me and the missus. Nice looking steaks Farmer!!

I built my uds and found out it was too big for everyday cooks.

Keith talked me in to the mini.  I love it.
