first shot at bacon

Thanks to Bear for all of his help



Morning test fry. Then on the smoking at about 130 for an hour. Then came the smoke for about the next 10 1/2 hours. It has been a long day so I just took a couple of shots before freezing.

Nothing smells so good as fresh smoked homemade bacon!

Getcha right outta the bed! Fried bacon and a cup of coffee...... Oh My. You need some Satsuma jelly for your toast....LOL
