I'm going to use the newsletter recipe for Smoked Sirloin Tip. Working from home today so I figured I could run this while I work, and update this thread as I go.
The local supermarket chain had BOGO sirloin tip roasts, works out to about $2.99/lb when you buy 2.
These both happened to be 2.01lbs. Seasoned with lots of fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt, and then my own rub
