Several years ago I compiled a LOT of information into a workbook that is dedicated to smoking and BBQ.  It's a good tool for folks new to smoking meats and a nice reminder to those that have been at it for a long time.

It's been a couple of years since I updated the book, but I have been pondering some additions.
