LOL..... Case you are my hero! I would have skipped the meal and gone straight for the leftovers.... That sandwich is awesome looking! And that cup of au jus to drip in, over the top.

Man, I am swallowing as fast as I can so I don't drool on the keyboard.

I just ate, but I am somehow hungry again. Will be trying this soon. Never though to keep the veggies for sandwich construction materials.

The leftovers are my favorite too!!! We'll use the last of it tonight in a shepards pie!

Very nice Case! Realisticaly at our house we would have wiped out the roast at the first sitting........lol.

Thanks Todd! We eat pretty light for the most part. Which is good because we can eat left overs all week and not spend big bucks on food!!!
