well im from tn... And im a medic. ...Got a free electric brinkmann vertical smoker last year and got to play around some with ribs and boston butss... But after reaing all yuns advice on here got me a mes 30 inch on sale at christmas and picked up the amazen pellet smoker and dang im in love... Already done briskets and a stuffed tenderloin and today doing my first turkey.... Thanks for all the great advice and cant wait for more ideas from here and my fellow coleagues at work thank you too since there my offical tastetesters....
