Been reading threads on this forum for a while and decided it was time to join up. I'm up in Portland, OR and I've been running a masterbuilt GS40 for about a month. it's produced some decent cooks, but I'm new so each one is an adventure. I'm mostly focusing on smoking and jerky making for now. I have done a few spare ribs, a picnic ham, and some beef jerky. In future, I want to look into DO cooking too. We do a lot of camping in the summer so that will be a good skill to have.
I've found a whole lot of information on this forum and hopefully I can contribute what I'm figuring out too.
