(BabyBacks buy one get one free at winn dixie!!!)

how about some blackberry sauce with a couple GHOST PEPPERS thrown in for a little hellooo!!

cuisinart, 8 slices bacon,  two ghost peppers, 1/2 can chipotle peppers, one cooked onion, honey, brown sugar, one container blackberrys

all blended up and into the fridge to rest overnight,  nice and sweet,    then BOOM the peppers hit hard!!! my lips are burning

pulled that silverskin off, take a butter knife and start in the middle ,pull it straight up then work end to end , piece of cake

I poured some blackberry jam and covered thouroughly then into the fridge to set in

time for a nice jack

Dang, those look tasty. Been wanting ribs for a while now and those just put me over the edge. Gotta inform the fam we are having ribbies this weekend. Never done the Smuckers though, that just add a little sweetness to them ? Just wondering and curious, nice job. WHB

Looks great, I bet those ribs were Smokin!!!
thanks dirt,   they were quite hot,   at first bite the sweetness hits then a few seconds later the ghost peppers kick in and clear your sinuses!   gottas have plenty of brews ready for these

the smuckers did two things, added a little bit of initial sweetness and also after two days in the fridge it added a real nice color to the meat
