They cost $22,500 new.
It was used for only a few months before the restaurantuer went belly up on lease contract. The Landlord funded their business and locked them out and now owns it. I currently have a lease that I am about to sign with a new tenant that may not need the smoker and will therefore be looking to sell the smoker for my client.
I spoke with Keith at J&R corp here in Mesquite,Texas (I am in Dallas) and he knew exactly which restaurant and said that this would be the best forum to post.
It can be shipped wherever but would like to provide Landlord with best offer by 5:00 p.m. next Wed Jan 15th.
