Hey guys,

Name is Steve from Newtown Pa. I have an MES. Ihave been using it for a year now. Love this thing. I have smoked some pretty good stuff so far. I have smoked ribs, chicken, ham, bear, different veggies, and mac and cheese. Cant wait to see how everyone else does stuff.
