Here I go! I am going to attempt Venison Pastrami with my new BFF. POP's Brine! I added 5 big tablespoons of Pickling Spice.

I have to apologize the pastrami was amazing but with all the friends that were over and hungry I didnt get any pics of the finished product. But I did get a pic of the 2nd batch on the smoker, Canadian Bacon on top
