Backyard smoker for many years. Started with an offset, now using Masterbuilt XL vertical smoker for a couple of years. Started with briskets now, doing most basic meats. Did some pulled pork last night and have ribs on now. Started dabbling into sausage making. Looking forward to browsing this site for new ideas.
