I am few smokes into it and very hooked. I read the forum all the time and am amazed by the wealth of info on it, and how nice everybody is. Thank you all for being here. I am running an ECB with a turkey fryer mod and sausage hanging setup. In process of designing a smokehouse, got the brining fridge going, and will be breaking down an old Kelvinator for a dedicated curing setup this weekend. My grandmother ran a locker for 40 years and I have started going through her old recipe box. Nostalgic and Tasty! I look forward to meeting you all and continuing to learn.
