NICE. Looking forward to the finished Qview. Raining and cold here in Northwest Florida so no smoke today.

23 and nice here.  Light snow right now.

20° and snow here too. I also got a 8.5 butt in the MES40 I bought myself for Christmas......(maiden voyage) and using a amnps that a got from Todd about a year ago and finally got it out of the box.
Smoker is working like a charm, and the verdict is still out on the MES.

I use my drum most of the time unless I need perfect temps then the MES comes out.

Looks good over here too Adam..

Here it is off the smoker.  IT of 195. I pulled it cause I ran out of charcoal.

Wrapped it and put in the cooler to rest.  I am sure it will pull just fine.

Pulled pics in a couple hours.

Looks nice! You can finish it in the oven if you run out of charcoal.

Disco
Thanks Disco.

I think the temp will rise enough to pull easy.

I was going to do New Years pulled pork, but my Traeger hot rod burned out, and I couldn't use the smoker.  I had to do the pork in the oven, it was still "OK" but no smokey goodness.

Yours looks great.  Enjoy!!
