Hi to one and all.

As my username suggests, I am an ex-pat Brit ( ...who moved to North Carolina 22 years ago.)

I've grilled out for many a year with few complaints, but this year my wife moved the goalposts when she bought me a Smoke Hollow electric smoker for Christmas.

Living in the Piedmont area of North Carolina makes it hard not to appreciate the skills of any number of excellent B-B-Q outfits around these parts.

I've ordered Jeff's rub and sauce recipes, and I'm looking forward to my first 'low and slow' smoking attempt early in the New Year!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
