Greetings from Australia, I have been going to build my own smoker for years and lo and behold I got a gas Harker (I think, its a Coolabah in Aussie) smoker for Xmas. I have been doing a fair bit of Internet research and found my way here and what a Gold mine of info.
I live in a small country town about 60km from Melbourne at the base of the Great Dividing Range, Married with 3 Kids, I have my own Earth Moving Business and go fishing and Hunting when I can.
Looking forward to some great discussions and info sharing on here.
