My name is Allen and I live in Las Vegas Nevada, my wife and son just got me a Masterforge 800 watt electric smoker for Christmas. I have always been interested in getting a smoker and love to bbq and grill. I am a beginner when it comes to smoking but have always loved the taste of some nice smoked meat. Along with my smoker they got me some hickory chips and some mesquite chips and I plan to purchase apple wood, peach wood and cherry wood. I am going to be smoking a lot of ribs, tri-tip and butt and shoulder roast for some pulled pork. Looking forward to sharing and learning some information from all of you on here.
