Hello from Canada

Thread Starter

Hello there! I had the chance, a while ago, to taste a former colleague of mine's salmon he smoked himself and I thought to myself : "Damn, I want a smoker".

... and guess what I got for Christmas this year. So, yeah. I'm probably the last guy on the planet who should own a smoker (I'm a terrible cook, I can barely boil water) but I'll learn! I'm the kind of guy who needs to read up a lot of new stuff so I probably won't trying actually smoking anything in the next few days but it's a terrible itch.

There's clearly a TON of information available on these forums and I'll certainly have questions before long. I feel like I'm in the right place for that. ;)
