I did a simple run of Salt, Pepper, Minced Garlic, Onion Powder, and 2 TBS of my rub. Crust turned out GREAT. I did 3 hours in the smoker with Pecan. Then we went over to the in laws and I finished it in the oven.
Kinda bummed that I didn't get a finished picture of the PR but it was flying off of the plate.
