Looks GREAT! I did a cold smoke on a spiral sliced ham the other day. It was great. I look forward to your cured ham next year. You better start in the morning with a practice rum.

farmer that look really awesome. sigh I couldn't smoke anything this Christmas as my smoker is covered in more then an inch of ice. I can't even get to it as my yard is iced over also. keep making us jealous.
