Just put a 6 pound turkey breast in brine and will be smoking it tomorrow with apple chips in my MES.

Brine:

Lemon juice

Apple cider

Apple cider vinegar

Allspice

Coriander

Rosemary

Pressed cranberries

Salt

To be served with Cherry Balsamic Chipotle BBQ sauce + apple cranberry puree.

(Pics to be posted tomorrow of course)

You didn't post a map or time or even a state where you sleep. How do you expect us to find you for supper?

That is a fine looking bird. I'm with Foamheart, we need directions. I'll bring Canadian Whiskey.
