Smoked Turkey

This is the 8th or 9th I've done for friends and family this holiday season.  Finally remembered to take a pic.

 

2 days in a cure/brine from a local vendor in Omaha (Frisco Spices).

 

About 6 hours at 225 with hickory.  I always take them to 165 IT.

 

 

Cooling off.

That's what smoking is all about to me, it looks like you'll make someone pretty happy for the holidays.
