Hello all!

I'm a new-to-the-game smoker from Southern California.  I've been grilling for years but only recently decided to learn the proper way to do it and have started to read a little about the science of cooking so I can actually understand what is happening and what makes for good food.  I'm here to learn more, share in experiences, and to make some killer bbq along the way.
