and how do I cook without drying it out...In the Oven with 1 Cup Turkey or Chicken Broth.
what temp ?...325°F
How long?...You heat until the Internal Temp (IT) in the thickest part of the meat, breast and thick part of the thigh, reaches 165°F. Depending on the size this will take about an hour.
Should I cover with foil? Yes, you want to steam it hot, but you give up crisp skin. If you have to have crisp skin, when the IT hits 135° uncover it and crank the heat to 425° and cook until the IT is 165°F.
Please help thank you...You are Welcome...

Note...The fastest and best bet to keep the meat moist is to Slice the meat and shingle it in a roasting pan. Follow the above instructions except the reheat will only take about 20 minutes...JJ
