So Hello, My name is Chuck from PGH PA and excited to get into smoking and REAL BBQ.

I own a MES 30 inch that seems to be perfect for me given the amount of mouths I feed currently.

I started brewing beer and cooking a variety of foods. I'm a big fan of exotic and unusual foods (can't get enough of chopped and andrew zimmern).  I can't wait wait to apply the smoke to stuff that you wouldn't think of and may never eat...like goat, seafood, pastas, and other interesting meats n' stuffs. You can also be sure that everything will be brined or marinated in beer.

Huge soccer and sports fan and plan on doing BBQ's throughout the whole summer!

Current ideas: Chocolate stout marinated brisket, finished with beer butter. IPA brined-rosemary crusted chicken. Guinness marinated beef, smoked, chilli. Bock pulled pork.

Thanks!
